IASNR conference - Focus on sustainable management of natural and cultural resources

Lain Dare and Leonie Pearson attended a conference in Portland, Maine hosted by the International Association for Society and Natural Resources (IASNR) (USA) from 11-15 June. The IASNR conference emphasises local to global resource management issues, environmental justice, collaborative stakeholder processes, and the social impacts of natural resource management. It is also a venue for presenting cutting-edge research and engaging in productive discussions focused on the sustainable management of natural and cultural resources.

The Centre for Environmental Governance acknowledges the Ngunnawal people, traditional custodians of the lands where Bruce campus is situated. We wish to acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of Canberra and the region. We also acknowledge all other First Nations Peoples on whose lands we gather.
